Far from the madding crowds of Mykonos and a stone’s throw from the luxurious resort town of Bodrum, Turkey, AMOH, a Luxury Collection Resort is a 197-room, five-star escape set on a secluded peninsula on the island of Rhodes. Opened in April 2026, the resort combines two beaches, eight restaurants and bars, and a 7,500-square-foot wellness center for an experience that’s luxury-forward yet family-friendly.

Design & Character at AMOH Rhodes

London-based Studio Lost, helmed by Greek native Constantina Tsoutsikou, built AMOH around the traditions of local stonework and the movement of the sea. Accordingly, the interiors use a restrained mineral palette, natural materials, sculptural stone, warm earthy tones, and contemporary Mediterranean forms, while common areas are defined by gracious proportions, with ample seating indoors and out. The property is bordered by a Hellenistic-Roman limestone quarry, the excavated stone and carved passages of which remain visible on the resort grounds. Rooms and suites are spread across a landscape designed to keep the Mediterranean constantly in view—and often just a few steps away.

Accommodation categories include inland- and sea-view rooms, while some come with private pools; each offers a private terrace or balcony. The 1,915-square-foot Rhoda Presidential Suite has a separate living room and bedroom, a large private terrace, and its own pool. Locally influenced materials, king-size beds, Nespresso machines, minibars, and pillow menus keep the rooms polished without making them feel overly formal.

The Food & Drink at AMOH Rhodes

Food is a major part of the resort's identity, with eight restaurants and bars. Lithos serves Mediterranean cuisine; Kymata focuses on Greek seafood; Cava Di Pietra serves Italian dishes in an open-air setting overlooking the ancient quarry; and Glaze is a steakhouse showcasing sushi and premium aged cuts. There is also Oniro Patisserie, plus the Amoh Lounge, Isle Pool Bar, Cigar Lounge, and Amohnite Beach Bar.

The 7,500-square-foot Elispa spa has six treatment rooms, a couples' suite with a private hot tub, sauna, steam bath, relaxation lounge, and hair and nail salon. The wood-paneled gym, while on the smaller side, is elegantly equipped by Technogym and complemented by Reformer Pilates, yoga, personal training, tennis courts, and indoor and outdoor pools. Guests also have access to two secluded sandy beaches, Kavos Beach and Kymata Beach. For a more distinctly Rhodian experience, AMOH offers an olive-grove tasting built around six infused olive varieties, as well as olive-oil excursions and a weekly sunset aperitivo.
