HAPPY NEW YEAR! 🎉
I’m typing this from the 29th floor of Soho House Hong Kong, on my first-ever visit to the East Asian metropolis. Towering vertical infrastructure disappears into fog at the uppermost levels, night markets buzz with tchotchkes and street snacks, neon signs glow against the skyline (a fading Hong Kong hallmark, I’m told), and—despite being lactose intolerant—I’ve made it my personal mission to find the city’s best milk tea. It’s a lot to take in, but these are the moments I’ll remember most from a whirlwind 48-hour stay.
