Tucked away on Rude de Mondovi in Paris’ storied 1st arrondissement, Mondovi Luxury Suites offers discerning travelers a more tailored approach to five-star city stays. Steps from Place Vendôme, the Tuileries Garden, and Place de la Concorde, the 11-suite property marries the independence of a private apartment with the polish of a luxury hotel. Housed within a building that has lived many lives–from convent to cabaret to brasserie–the structure now embraces a quieter identity centered around discretion, comfort, and residential-style getaways. The result feels less like checking into a flashy boutique hotel and more like discovering a secret Parisian address known only to an exclusive few.
Design & Character
Designed by Andon Studio in collaboration with SO/AP Architectes, interiors strike a balance between heritage and contemporary restraint. Rich materials, including onyx marble, quartz, warm woods, and veined stone, create a layered aesthetic that is elevated but not overly formal. Vintage furnishings mingle with custom-made pieces; curated artwork and collectible books lend the suites a lived-in warmth. Throughout the property, muted color palettes and tactile textures allow for natural light and artistry to take center stage.

Spanning five floors, the suites range from cozy top-floor hideaways to expansive apartment-style accommodations suited for families or longer solo stays. Every category includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, separate living area, and modern conveniences such as washing machines and Chromecast-enabled televisions. Bathrooms are stocked with minimalist skincare products from the beloved French brand Typology. Standout options include the airy Loft with dramatic ceilings and the Parisian Suite, where skylights and rooftop views create an unmistakably romantic ambiance.
Food & Drink
By night, Le 7 Cocktail Bar channels the mood of an old-world Parisian cocktail den. Dim lighting, velvet accents, dark wood, and a striking marble foster an atmosphere that feels equal parts cinematic and intimate. Legendary bartender Colin Field (formerly of the Ritz Paris’ Hemingway Bar) crafted the cocktail menu around simplicity and precision, with signature drinks built from just three ingredients. By morning, guests can arrange for artisanal breakfast service delivered directly to their suite.
